Haley Ann Taylor

January 18, 1945 ~ June 12, 2026

Haley Ann Taylor, age 81 of Winfield, TN passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Big South Fork Medical Center. Born in Anderson County, TN on January 18, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Turney Lowe and Myrtle Phillips Lowe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Taylor; daughter, Lois Russell; son, Butch Taylor; brothers, Ernest Lowe, Jerry Lowe, Walter Lowe, Glen Lowe; sisters, Dorothy Lowe, Dellie Trammell, Hazel Byrge; and first husband, Carter Russell.
Haley is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth and Magalene Taylor; sons, Randy Taylor and wife April, Danny Taylor, Lonnie Russell, and Mitchell Taylor; grandsons, James Taylor and Eli Taylor; brother, Billy Lowe and wife Linda of Clinton, TN; sister, Ollie Taylor and husband Sammie of Petros, TN; many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
