Thelma June Claxton, age 71 of Oneida, TN passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Juanita P. Claxton; brothers, Billy Joe Claxton, Bobby Claxton; sister, Charlotte Claxton; nieces, Kasey Marie Claxton and Elizabeth Claxton.
Thelma is survived by her brother, Jeff Claxton and wife Janet; sister-in-law, Jaretta Claxton; nieces, Marissa (Bobby) McGill, Tanessa Overton, Deseraey (Colton) Spradlin; cousins, Rodger, Fluty Phillips and Dean Phillips; nephews, Mikkah and Wyatt Yancey, Zachariah Williams; many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 3 p.m. in the Daniel Memorial Cemetery in Helenwood with Bro. Bobby Williams officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers.
West-Murley Funeral Home is serving the family of Thelma June Claxton.
