Rhonda and Randy Shelton have been vocal opponents of Roberta II since the proposal became public in May. The couple, who reside close to the proposed Roberta II site, wore t-shirts to Tuesday’s TDEC meeting expressing their disapproval and fears of what Roberta could mean for the public health of Scott and McCreary Counties.
