Leland Ray Webb, age 58 of Rocky Top, TN passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025, at his home. Born in Scott County, TN on September 8, 1966, he was the son of the late Carlos and Sallie Rose Webb.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jackie Doyle and Carlos Stanley Webb; one sister, Marcella Rose Duncan; one son, Dustin Ray Webb; three nieces, Jennifer Rose Lewallen, Jeanette Webb, and Saraya Webb.
Leland is survived by his children, Melissa Phipps of Jacksboro, TN, Leland Shawn Webb of Caryville, TN, Matthew Thomas and wife Nikkeeta Webb of Corbin, KY, Monica Gaye and Ashley Brook Webb of Oneida, TN, and Destany Larae and fiancé Matthew Lawson of Oneida, TN; nine grandchildren, Megan Marie Rampley, Kaitlyn Denise, and Hannah Lashae Phipps, all of Chatsworth, GA, Zoey and Devin Phillips of Oneida, TN, Gage and Dillian Webb of Dalton, GA, Nakeeah Webb of Robbins, TN, and Alexius Slaven of Williamsburg, KY; three great-grandchildren, Maddie, Evelyn, and Kayden Rampley, all of Chatsworth, GA; and many other family members and friends.
