Scott High Fields Three Sub-State Placers

At the recent Sub-State Tournament, held at Chuckey-Doak High School, Scott High School fielded three wrestlers: Ryder Norman, Cayden Moffette, and Lucas Boles. All three had earned their place by placing within the top four wrestlers in their weight class at the regional tournament.
Norman, who placed fourth in the region, finished the sub-state tournament in eighth place, ending his season with an 18-11 record. Moffette, a bronze medalist at the regional tournament, placed 5th in the sub-state, coming in at an impressive 33-5 record.
Lucas Boles, a senior for Scott High, managed to finish fourth in the sub-state, a monumentally impressive feat. He ends his last season with the program with a 28-5 record, and tied for the school record for most major decision wins. Scott High, which has only had wrestling for two seasons, has accomplished an impressive amount in so little time.
