Tuesday, April 14th – TAI CHI at 11 a.m. Walking Program, Puzzles/Games, Massage Chairs.
Wednesday, April 15h – Senior Meal Connect. Walking Program, Puzzles/Games, Massage Chairs.
Thursday, April 16th- TAI Chi at 11 a.m., Walking Program, Puzzles/Games, Massage Chairs.
Friday, April 17th – Muddy Pond at 8 a.m..
SAI will be able to provide lunch to Seniors age 60 and over at no cost. These meals will be prepared by a chef in Knoxville and reheated at SAI. Lunch will be served at 12pm Monday-Friday.
