Wednesday, April 29th – Golden Grooves Exercise at 1 p.m.
Thursday, April 30th- Walking Program, Puzzles/Games, Massage Chairs.
Friday, April 24th – Walking Program, Puzzles/Games, Massage Chairs.
SAI will be able to provide lunch to Seniors age 60 and over at no cost. These meals will be prepared by a chef in Knoxville and reheated at SAI. Lunch will be served at 12pm Monday-Friday.
