Lisa Denise Crowley age 44, departed this life on December 31, 2024. Lisa was born on April 22, 1980 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late Larry Crowley and Sharra Crowley. Lisa was a graduate of the Class of 1998 at Scott High School. She was a faithful member of White Rock Baptist Church where she has been very active with the youth. Lisa was devoted to writing in her prayer journal every day and shining a light for the Lord and the people she prayed for. Her prayers was faithful and strong. She was a steadfast friend that could be counted on to show up without any hesitation. She was a constant in our lives and will forever be missed. Lisa loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ of which she got her peace and comfort throughout her life. To my family and friends: don’t cry for me because Jesus needed me more. I will be waiting to meet you when he says, “Come Home My child, your final race has been won.” She is now walking the Street of Gold in Heaven with her daddy and other family members that were waiting to welcome her home.

Lisa worked for over 25 years for U.S. Cellular and made many long standing friends. She developed a special bond with co-worker, Glenna Reynolds. Lisa was an employee of First National Bank where she loved her job, her co-workers, and everyone she came into contact with. She was on the Board of Directors of the Paint Rock Volunteer Fire Department. 

Lisa had a servant’s heart and a love for everyone. She always had a smile on her face and touched many lives with whom she came into contact with. Lisa loved to do photography in her spare time. Her other hobbies included: crafts, shopping, and spending time with all her special family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father: Larry Crowley; Grandparents: Earl and Edna Sharpe, Martha and Hubert Crowley; Special Aunt and Uncle: Arvil Lee and JoAnne Smith; several other aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her Special and Loving Mother: Sharra Crowley; Brother: Daniel and wife Tammy Crowley; Daughters: Gracelyn and Brooklyn Gray; Grandson: Colsen Smith; Nephews: Torrey Slaven and wife Morgan, Barry Slaven III and wife Casey; Great- Neices and Nephews: Baylen Slaven, Kolt Slaven, Navie Slaven, Lanie Slaven, and Elle Slaven; Special Friends like sisters: Heather Sexton, Misty Jeffers, Hope Tompkins, and Beth West; Special Kids she loved like her own: Rayse, Kam, Blake, Carlee, Brody, and Molly; Special Friends: Jodi Jeffers and Heather Harness; Many other relatives, church members, and Friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral service to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the White Rock Baptist Church with Bro. Jim West and Bro. Kyle Keeton officiating. Music will be provided by Nancy Murley, Daniel Murley, and White Rock Baptist Church Choir. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mossop Cemetery of the Huntsville Community.

Pallbearers will be: Rayse Cash, Mark Kline, Torrey Slaven, Kam Cash, Blake Tompkins, Doug Smith, Gary Byrd, and Cheven Byrd.

In lieu of flowers, family request donations to be made to the Lisa Denise Crowley Scholarship Fund c/o First National Bank 603 North Main Street, Oneida, Tennessee 37841.
