Lester Wayne Norris

Lester Wayne Norris, age 70, departed this life on Monday October 28, 2024. He was born on November 9, 1953 in Oneida, Tennessee to the late Lester Lee Norris and Reeda Jeffers Norris. Lester was a member of White Rock Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his Son: Bradley Scott Norris; Brothers: Ondus Norris, Charles Norris, and Lloyd Lee Norris; Father-in-law: Arnold West; Mother-in-law: Kathleen West.

He was survived by his special wife for over 50 years: Sheila Norris; Children: Darek Norris and wife Missi (“Red”), Brent Norris and fiancé Samantha, and Andrew Norris; Grandchildren: Shyann Adkins and husband Jeremiah, Kelsey Scharff, Jared Smith, Brenley Norris, and Briland Norris; Great-Granchildren: Allie Adkins and Case Adkins; Brothers: J.H. Norris and Lowell Norris; Sisters: Virginia Faye Styles and husband Reese, Linda Jefferson and husband Joe, Kathleen Barlett, Sandra Seckel and husband Bill; Brother-in-Law: Dean West; Sister-in-law: Karla Love and husband Mark; Special thanks to Brenda Smith and Quality Hospice Care; and a thank you to Derek Boshears; and many other relatives and friends.

Perhaps you have said a prayer for our family, sent a card, brought us food, spoke kind words, sent flowers or you sit quietly here in a chair. Whatever you have done to console our hearts, we thank you so much.
