Several inmates from the Scott County Jail graduated from the Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) program over the weekend. The program, one of several that has been introduced of late, has an aim of helping individuals improve their life skills and coping mechanisms by utilizing testimonies and questions that require inmates to come to terms with dark moments in their lives. Consisting of 16 steps, participants must complete the first 12 in order to graduate
