Big South Fork Brewing successfully opened its doors on Saturday.  The brainchild of Jimmy Barna, who looked to create a local watering hole, the taphouse has garnered much fanfare of late, as residents watched with anticipation at the renovation of an historic downtown staple: the old First Trust & Savings Bank.  Dozens of people crowded the establishment as it welcomed its first patron at the fulfillment of Barna’s goal.  “After a big leap of faith,” the Brewery said, “ that dream became real.  Big South Fork Brewing officially opened its doors, pouring the spirit of East Tennessee.”
