We are proud to announce that, after over a year of hard work and dedication from our Jail Administration, the Scott County Jail has successfully transitioned to a new Inmate Phone and Video Visitation System.
This upgrade has been a long time coming, and we’re excited to finally bring our inmates and their loved ones a better, more reliable way to stay connected.

Sheriff Keeton stated:
“We’ve been working for quite some time at least since 2023 to make this new system a reality. The previous system had ongoing issues—from monitors crashing to connections failing—which created frustration for families and our staff. I understand how important it is for people to be able to see and speak with their loved ones who are incarcerated. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our jail administration team, this new system will provide the reliable and modern communication experience our community deserves.”
