Nathaniel Hancock the last living slave in Scott County receives headstone

Members of Troop 333 and Crew 333 gathered Tuesday to place the headstone on the last living slave in Scott County,  Nathaniel Hancock. The stone was applied for during the Eagle Project of Elijah West.
