FROM DARKNESS TO DANCE Part III

During Part I and Part II of “From Darkness To Dance” we took you back in time to where Judy’s traumatic journey began. Throughout her journey there have been many times that Judy could have given up and chose not to try to overcome all the tragedies in her life. However, Judy did choose to place her trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. By walking in faith with Jesus Judy gained the physical and emotional strength to keep on keeping on. She knew she not only needed “physical healing”, but “heart healing”, as well. Judy has witnessed first hand, just how a broken heart can trigger disease.
The most current and recent update: Just this past Saturday, July 15, 2023, Troy Shane Sexton’s Life Celebration was held. Judy, Mark and family, along with Troy Samuel Sexton, Shane’s 12-year-old son, said their final goodbyes along with beloved family and friends. The Family of Troy Shane Sexton wants to thank everyone that helped celebrate Shane and Shannon as they are together again.
During Judy’s interview for this story, she shared her greater awareness of the knowledge that we are called to be the Body of Christ as well as the Bride of Christ. This revelation came when she was living in Dallas, Texas. She shared that in a moment everything changed and during a beautiful God Encounter, she knew what it meant to be rescued, carried and Loved by Jesus. It was a Bride and Bridegroom moment where she knew she was being called as the Church is called the Bride of Christ and Christ is declared the Head of the Church, His Bride. Ephesians 5:22-33. She states her life was forever changed. This began a lifelong journey of studying and seeking to know Him more. Then in 1997-98 after learning about the past great moves of God, Judy became aware of the “Finished Work of the Cross. She began attending Spirit filled conferences and Mighty Warrior Church. This was during the Revival Movement of the early 2000’s. This was somewhat like the “Jesus Revolution” that is shown in movies, now”. Judy shared, it was during this time that she experienced and felt the call of the Holy Spirit to bring forth worship and praise with dance. There were many wonderful and beautiful expressions of worship that came during that move of God. Many beautiful and powerful dramas came into our churches during this time. Also, a wonderful and powerful call to 24-hour prayer praise and worship began being observed and continues to this day. It’s known as the Harp and Bowl, House of David, Upper Room, Vineyard Churches, Hillsong Worship, Bethel, Legacy Nashville, and many, many more. Many psalmists and artists were birthed and released and all the beautiful praise we hear today came during that time and continues to be heard and draws our hearts to worship our Jesus. Christian and Faith based dance studios dedicated to worship and dance began holding Bible study and training to dance with and for our lord Jesus. This was the journey that led Judy into freedom of expression as written in Isaiah 61:3 To appoint them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the Garment of Praise instead of the spirit of heaviness.

Judy continued to share how after Shannon’s death, this Garment of Praise became a living reality that continues today. In HIM we live and move and have our being. Acts 17:28, Psalm 139:14 I will praise You for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.
Judy’s continuing pursuit to know more of the Love of Jesus led her to her current journey with Inner Heart Healing. This began during a tragic season which included becoming a care giver for her son, Shane, after he became disabled. This was also during the season of her second cancer and chemo journey. Judy shared she had become isolated during her earlier cancer, then covid, along with taking care of Shane and the second cancer was even more devastating and the isolation increased. Judy found this was almost more than she could endure. Her husband, Mark, daughters Sonni and Aleisha with beautiful grandchildren and immediate family became her connection to life. It was during this time, she believes God led her to become aware of this training being offered online, Prophetic Heart Healing. What a Godsend.
Judy shared, she has met hundreds of individuals from across the globe being drawn to begin healing from lives woundedness, broken hardheartedness, abuses, tragedies, devastation, divorces and all of life’s Trials and Tribulations. These Individuals include nurses, therapists, counselors, mamma’s, pastors, business entrepreneurs, young couples, seniors, etc. It’s like covid brought the world to find answers and healing. Jesus said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened”. Matthew 7:7.
Judy states the last four years have been busy and exciting becoming a Certified Heart Healing Minister with PHH. She shares often how this became a “lifeline” of Hope and Healing from Devastation To Destiny, Tragedy To Triumph, and Pain To Passion. Judy works three days a week with PHH holding 1:1 sessions by Zoom. She soon will be launching her own website, KingdomHeartHealing.com, and Calendly scheduling service,(https://calendly.com/judeliming) for those who are interested in knowing more about Inner Heart Healing sessions.

When you feel you have come to the end of your rope, Look to Jesus, He will send you a Lifeline. Judy states the last four years of receiving Inner Heart Healing sessions has changed her life completely. Every session is dependent on connecting with God the Father, Jesus the Son, and The Holy Spirit. When you encounter the presence of the Trinity you are changed in a profound healing way. This heart healing is gradual, gentle, and ongoing. It is similar to Christian Counseling as Jesus is our Great Counselor and Healer. God gets ALL the Glory.
Judy shares, she doesn’t know why she has been spared from death and others have gone on to be with Jesus. Judy and Sonni shared a lot about our beloved Kellie Walker as her testimony of the great LOVE of Jesus and her beautiful life and death continue to be a Living Testimony of “PLEASE GET TO KNOW JESUS”!! Most recently, just this past Saturday, Judy received another glorious testimony during her son, Shane’s Life Celebration, her Pastor and friend, Tony Orick when asking the Lord direction for the Service, shared, he kept hearing her son, Shane say, “TELL THEM HOW MUCH GOD LOVES THEM”!!!!

Judy’s daughter, Sonni, shared her thoughts on this as well. “ Shane always seemed to have difficulty really allowing people to love him, I think it’s because he had some difficulty really loving himself. You can try to tell people about the everlasting and unconditional love of the God who stays, but it’s so hard to comprehend for those who may feel so undeserving. Oh but what it must have felt like to step into that glorious love that you heard existed but had such difficulty trying to understand. How astonishing it must have been! Tell them how much God loves them is more than a statement. It’s a realization and a battle cry to penetrate the thickest of defenses, the deepest of doubts, and loneliest of hearts. Tell them how much God loves them is a cry for action!”
THIS TRULY IS THE GOSPEL GOOD NEWS THAT THE SON OF GOD, JESUS OUR SAVIOR AND HEALER CAME TO CHANGE THE WORLD; TELL THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD I LOVE THEM!!!!!
