Like always, Scott County demonstrated immense pride in the community, as businesses, officials, including Sheriff Brian Keeton, and citizens alike came out in droves to Oneida City Park over the weekend to celebrate the 2025 STAND Coalition Carnival. For the second year in a row, the event served over 2,500 people to promote and combat the fight against drugs in East Tennessee.
