Four Arrested after Drug Investigation

Four people were arrested last Friday, December 12, 2025, after deputies with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence in Oneida, the culmination of an investigation that led to the seizure of a significant amount of illegal substances, cash, and a vehicle.
According to a statement from the Sheriff’s Office, Drug Agent Lee Johnson, Lt. Cory Lawson, K-9 Officer Colby Wisner, Sgt. Dillon Smith, and Deputies Trevin Slaven, James Rosenbaum, and Pheonix McClenney were among those who executed the warrant.
During the investigation, deputies seized a combined total of 97.13 grams of methamphetamine, along with 3.14 grams of marijuana. The search also recovered Suboxone pills, as well as other drug paraphernalia believed to be associated with the manufacture, sale, or distribution of illegal narcotics. In addition to the above counts, deputies confiscated $587 in U.S. currency and a Chevrolet Equinox as part of the investigation.
Four individuals were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Scott County Justice Center. Daniel S. Brewster, 46, of Oneida, was charged with Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering with or Fabricating Evidence.
Kerry R. Strunk, 55, of Oneida, was charged with Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kimberly D. Daniels, 46, of Oneida, was charged with Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, and Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Lacey N. Henson, 42, of Helenwood, was charged with Manufacture/Delivery/Sale/Possession of Methamphetamine, Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Tampering With or Fabricating Evidence.
As part of a statement, the Sheriff’s Office expressed their commitment to removing illegal drugs from the community and protecting the safety of citizens. Officials emphasized that all individuals charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
