Children’s Center of the Cumberlands – Please join us on Friday, April 4th, at Oneida Municipal Building at 11:30 AM as we plant 263 pinwheels in honor of the children we served in 2024 who are brave survivors of child abuse. Wear your blue to help us raise awareness.
Annual “roll-through” bike blessing on April 12th from 9am-1pm EST at the Historic Scott County Jail Museum in Huntsville. This is a FREE event, but breakfast biscuits will be for sale. The Elgin Community Center volunteers will hold their regular quarterly meeting on April 8th at 6pm at the Elgin Community Center.
Free Clothing Distribution – Appalachian Ministry Center, located at 24728 Scott Hwy in Winfield (Old Winfield School Building) will have a free clothing distribution on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 9am-12 noon.
Sexton Memorial Cemetery – Donations accepted or any help in maintaining the Sexton Memorial Cemetery in the Paint Rock Community.
