Free Clothing Distribution – Appalachian Ministry Center, located at 24728 Scott Hwy in Winfield (Old Winfield School Building) will have a free clothing distribution on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 9am-12 noon.
God’s Grace Soup Kitchen is Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Fellowship Hall of Helenwood Baptist Church. This free lunch is provided by volunteers of Scott County churches. The lunch this month is homemade chili, hot dog, and dessert. Drive by and without leaving your car, your lunch is handed to you.
Oneida Masonic Lodge #695 will be serving breakfast starting in February, the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. $8 a plate, 7am-10am.

Public Meeting – 2025 Huntsville and Oneida Parks & Recreation Master Plan. We are inviting the community to attend a public workshop. During this event, we will discuss the different elements of the plan and this meeting is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, feedback, and comments. Tuesday, February 18th, 2025, Town of Oneida – 5 p.m. at Oneida City Hall, 19922 Alberta St. Oneida. Town of Huntsville – 7 p.m. at Huntsville Municipal Building, 3053 Baker Hwy., Huntsville.

Highland Harmony Community Chorus – A program created through the Appalachian Society of the Arts is open to area adult and teens (14 and up) who want to sing together in a large group. Rehearsals are on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, 7 to 8:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Oneida. Annual dues is $40 for music and supplies.
