Children’s Center of the Cumberlands – Please join us on Friday, April 4th, at Oneida Municipal Building at 11:30 AM as we plant 263 pinwheels in honor of the children we served in 2024 who are brave survivors of child abuse. Wear your blue to help us raise awareness.
Free Clothing Distribution – Appalachian Ministry Center, located at 24728 Scott Hwy in Winfield (Old Winfield School Building) will have a free clothing distribution on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 9am-12 noon.
Sexton Memorial Cemetery – Donations accepted or any help in maintaining the Sexton Memorial Cemetery in the Paint Rock Community. Highland Harmony Community Chorus – A program created through the Appalachian Society of the Arts is open to area adult and teens (14 and up) who want to sing together in a large group. Rehearsals are on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, 7 to 8:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Oneida. Annual dues is $40 for music and supplies.
