Huntsville Truck Show

Our second annual truck show was a huge success. We started this truck show for our resident to enjoy a day with the truck enthusiasts in our area. It has since grown to host a bigger event where community members are welcome to join in the fun.
The show is produced by Girls with Trucks official created by Kimberly Harris. She believed that her group allowed the ladies a place to show off their trucks and how they are continuing to build their trucks within the trucks enthusiasts groups. Her Facebook page has over 2k followers of ladies that are truck lovers who support each other and their love for trucks.
In 2023 we only had 12 trucks and 2 Jeeps show and participate. This year we reach 30 trucks that came to support our residents. Some traveling as far as 156 miles away from the other side of Nashville. It is a blessing that so many people came out to show their trucks off for our Huntsville community.
The money we raised from a bake sale, jewelry sale and other sales went to our residents for our Resident Make a Wish Program. The RMW is a program designed to take a residents wish and make it come true. Example like a resident wanting to ride in a side by side or a resident wanting to go swimming, we do our best with funds we raise to make their wish come true.
We had a wonderful day and thankfully the rain held off. Our food vendors Fat Boy BBQ and the Sassy Squeeze were big hits in this summer heat. Hopefully next year we can be bigger and better and reach 50 trucks. Date of show will be announced by September to give people plenty of time to plan for next year.
