Weekly Nugget of Good

A young male moose who somehow veered far from usual moose territory has amassed a legion of admirers who are tracking and rooting for the animal as it heads north, likely looking for other moose or home. Nicknamed “Bullwinkle” or “Rutt” by its fans, the moose was spotted last Tues-day 140 miles northwest of Minneapolis. According to experts, moose typically only roam in northern Minnesota. Over 18,000 moose fans have joined a Face-book group dedicated to tracking the animal. As one told the Associated Press, “This moose has brought so much joy to so many people and so much hope, because most people in their lifetime never get to see a moose.”
