Pumpkin breakfast smoothie

Takes about 5 minutes to make

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup mlk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup. vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch on nutmeg
