about March 31, 2023, in the County and State aforesaid,
-Did unlawfully drive a motor driven vehicle on a public road, street,
highway, or premises while under the influence of any intoxicant, marijuana,
controlled substance, drug, a substance affecting the central nervous system,
or any combination therof that impaired her ability to safely operate a motor
vehicle
-Did unlawfully fail and refuse to submit a breath or blood alcohol/drug
test after having been placed under arrest
-Did unlawfully possess an open container of alcoholic beverage while
operating a motor vehicl
-Did unlawfully drive and operate a motor vehicle on a highway or public
road in excess of the posted speed limit
State of Tennessee vs. Jessica Dawn Strunk
Jessica Dawn Strunk, prior to the finding of this indictment, on or about
December 12, 2022, in the County and State aforesaid:
-Did possess with intent to sell a Schedule II Controlled Substance,
Methamphetamine, in amount of .5 grams or more
-Did possess with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, knowing that it
would be used to introduce a controlled substance into the human body
-Did unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly possess firearms with the
intent to go armed during the commission of a dangerous felony
-Did possess with intent to sell a Schedule III Controlled Substance,

-Did possess with intent to sell a Schedule VI Controlled Substance,

Trevon Scott Barcus, prior to the finding of this indictment, on or about
November, 01, 2020, in the County and State aforesaid:
-Did unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly fail to report to the Tennessee
Department of Corrections, to update the Sex Offender Registry within
48 hours of release from incarcceration onto probation in Scott County Case
#11443 after being convicted of Attempted Aggravated Sexual Battery on
December 6, 2010

Jody Dwayne Duncan, prior to the finding of this indictment, on or about
September 28, 2022, in the County and State aforesaid:
-Did possess with intent to sell a Schedule II Controlled Substance,
methamphetamine, in an amount of .5 grams or more
-Did possess with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia knowing it would
be used to introduce a controlled substance into the human body
-Did unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly possess a firearm after having
been convicted of a felony offense, Possession of Schedule II Meth with
intent to sell, in Scott County, Tennessee Criminal Court Case #11709 on
November 16, 2020
-Did unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly possess a firearm with the
intent to go armed during the commission of a dangerous felony
State of Tennessee vs. Bradley Price
Bradley Price, prior to the finding of this indictment, on or about April
03, 2023, in the County and State aforesaid:
-Did unlawfully and without the consent of the owner ener the building
of Scott County Industrial Board and commit a theft
-Did unlawfully and without the consent of the owner ontaim or exercise
control over the property of Scott County Industrial Board with the intent to
deprive said owner of the property
-Did unlawfully cause damage to or destroy the property of Scott County
Industrial Board in an amount of $10,000 or more
-Did unlawfully and intentionally possess a tool, machine or implement
with the intent to use the same or allow to same to be used to commit burglary
-Did unlawfully and knowingly enter or remain on the porperty of Scott
County Industrial Board, knowing that he did not have effective consent of
the owner to do so
-Did knowingly take, send, or otherwise possess Methamphetamine, a
Schedule II Controlled Substance, into the Scott County Jail
