NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE WHEREAS, by Deed of
Trust recorded in the Register’sOffice of Scott County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Books 227, at page 669 and Trust Deed Book 253, page 127, on August 28, 2006 and on May 22, 2009, respectively, LORETTA ERWIN CRABTREE conveyed to
ALLYN M. LAY, JR., Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of a Promissory Notes
in the principal sums of $68,287.85 and $69,419.07, respectively, payable to FIRST NATIONAL BANK and whereas default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness, and the holder of said indebtedness has directed foreclosure
